Terms of Service

Restomas is a software platform that provides restaurant operators with digital menu creation, QR code menu sharing, online order management, inventory tracking, multi-branch management, and reporting services.

Our services are provided through a web-based application and require an internet connection. The scope of services may vary based on subscription plan.

By using Restomas services, you agree to the following:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Refrain from actions that compromise platform security
• Respect the rights of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for the security of your Restomas account. You must not share your credentials with third parties. You are held responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

If you detect unauthorized access, immediately notify support@restomas.com.

• Payments collected periodically based on selected plan
• Invoices sent electronically to registered email
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• Cancel during free trial — no charges
• Partial refunds not provided for annual plans

All source code, designs, logos, icons, and content of Restomas are property of Evert, LLC.

• No part may be copied or distributed without permission
• User-uploaded content (menus, images) remains user's property
• Restomas uses user content solely for service provision

Restomas provides its services "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Not liable for indirect damages from outages or data loss
• Not liable for third-party service disruptions
• Not liable for issues from incorrect user information
• Total liability limited to last 12 months of subscription fees

Restomas reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Changes take effect on publication date. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

By providing a phone number or email address to Restomas, you accept the terms in this section.

• You confirm that the contact details you provide belong to you or to your business and that you are authorised to receive messages at them.
• When you request a verification code, you consent to receiving that code by SMS at the number you entered. This is a transactional message and is not marketing.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by removing your phone number in your account settings, by replying STOP to a message received from our US number, or by writing to support@restomas.com. Reply HELP for assistance.
• We do not use a sender ID, caller ID or brand name in a way that misleads you about who is contacting you. Messages are sent by Evert, LLC, the company that operates Restomas.
• Delivery depends on mobile operators and messaging providers. We may refuse, delay or reroute a message where operator, country or provider rules require it.
