Switching the assistant on costs nothing. You spend credit only for the conversations it actually handles.

Phone
Customer

Hi, are you open on Sunday?

Assistant

We are, from noon until 11 pm. Shall I note a reservation request for you?

The cost of silence

Every unanswered message is a table someone else set

Guests decide fast. The business that answers first usually gets the booking, the order or the question that turns into one.

The phone rings while the room is full

Peak hour, both hands busy, nobody near the phone. The caller does not leave a voicemail; they call the next place on the list.

The reply arrives two hours late

By the time somebody opens WhatsApp, the guest has already booked elsewhere. Speed decides the booking, not the wording.

Nights, weekends, holidays

Most reservation and order questions arrive after closing. A business that stays silent looks like a business that is not interested.

Your assistant answers in seconds, at three in the morning, in the language the customer wrote in.

Two channels, one assistant

It writes on WhatsApp and it speaks on the phone

Both channels share the same knowledge, the same working hours and the same limits. You set your business up once.

Phone

Picks up on the first ring and really talks

Not a menu of options and not a recording. The caller asks a question out loud and gets a spoken answer, with the whole exchange written down for you.

  • Real time speech in both directions
  • A greeting and a voice you choose, and the caller's language detected on the call
  • Outside working hours: take a message, play a message or forward the call
  • Every call leaves a transcript, a duration and a cost you can read
Setup

Answering by the end of the afternoon

Five steps, none of them technical. You describe your business, connect a channel and switch the assistant on.

1

Describe your business

In your own words: what you cook, when you open, how many seats, whether you deliver. Anything a guest asks about.

2

Let the AI read your website

It goes through your own pages, turns them into a knowledge base and reports which pages it could read.

3

Connect your channels

Your WhatsApp Business number, and a phone line if you want calls answered too. The number stays yours.

4

Set the hours and the limits

Working hours in the branch time zone, what happens outside them, and daily ceilings that keep spending predictable.

5

Turn the assistant on

From that moment every message and every call is answered. You watch the first conversations and fine tune what you hear.

You are never locked out

The AI answers. The moment you step in, it steps back.

Handing a conversation to a person is not an escape hatch, it is part of the design. Your team can step into any conversation, in writing or by voice.

Watch it live

Messages and call transcripts land on your screen while they happen, not once they are over.

Take over by typing

Write in your own language. It is translated into the customer's language before it is sent, or spoken out loud on a call.

Take over by speaking

On a live call you can switch your microphone on and carry the conversation yourself, from the same screen.

Hand it back

When you are done the assistant picks the conversation back up, with everything that was said still in context.

While a person is handling a conversation the assistant stays silent. Two voices never answer the same customer.

Do you have a table for four tonight?

We do. 7:30 pm and 9:15 pm are free. Which one suits you better?

One profile, every channel

It answers from your business, not from the internet

The business profile is the single knowledge base behind both channels. The fuller it is, the sharper the answers.

It reads your website

Page by page, and it records which pages it could read and which it could not.

It asks what is missing

The analysis produces a checklist of questions written for your business, each marked required, recommended or optional.

You see a readiness score

A single number that tells you where the profile stands before you let it face customers.

You draw the boundaries

Separate instructions per channel, topics that are off limits, and an identity that never claims to be human when asked.

Nothing slips away

A customer who asks to be called back becomes a row you can act on

The assistant does not promise a call and then forget it. It records the request, tells the customer it was passed on, and puts it in front of your team.

The request is written down

The topic, the name and the way to reach them are saved together, so nobody has to reread the conversation.

Your team hears about it

The request arrives as a notification in the app and, if you want, as an email to the address you choose.

You follow it to the end

New, on hold, converted or lost. Every request has an owner, a status and room for internal notes.

Control stays with you

An assistant that answers, not one that acts on its own

Every boundary below is a setting you own, not a promise you have to take on trust.

It informs, it never edits

The customer facing assistant shares information. It does not create, change or cancel anything in your system.

Daily ceilings

A limit per person, per branch and per day of spending. When a ceiling is reached the conversation goes to your team instead of continuing.

Hours you decide

Working hours follow the branch time zone, and you choose what happens outside them. On the phone, silence is never one of the options.

Recording only with consent

A call is recorded only after the caller clearly agrees, and only in countries where the platform allows it.

Retention you set

When the period you chose ends, transcripts and voice messages are deleted and the caller number is masked.

Opt out is respected

A customer who asks not to be messaged again is not messaged again, on any channel.

Built for a global platform

Your guest's language, your branch's clock

A tourist writing in French, a supplier calling in German and a neighbour asking in the local language all get the same quality of answer.

It replies in the customer's language

The language comes from the conversation itself, not from an assumption in your settings.

Branch time zone

Working hours, daily ceilings and reports all follow the local clock of that branch, wherever your head office is.

One identity, many branches

The assistant name and identity belong to the company. Each branch keeps its own number, hours and limits.

Reports

What it answered, what it handed over, what it cost

Every conversation leaves numbers behind: volume, handover rate, languages, unanswered questions and cost, per branch and per period.

The customer asked for a person, a limit was reached, or the question was outside the profile. Each reason is counted.

Questions people actually ask

Before you switch it on

The short answers. Anything else, our team is one message away.

How long does setup take?

Filling in the profile and connecting WhatsApp takes an afternoon. For calls you need a number from a calling provider; once the key is in place we register the number and the webhook for you, so nothing has to be pasted into a provider panel by hand.

Do I need a new phone number?

For WhatsApp, no: you connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use. For calls you connect a number from your calling provider account, and it stays registered to you.

Will customers think they are talking to a person?

The assistant can carry a name you choose, but if it is asked directly whether it is an AI, it answers truthfully. That behaviour is not configurable, on either channel.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It does not invent one. The conversation is marked as waiting for a person, your team sees it in the inbox, and the question is recorded in your reports as unanswered so you can add it to the profile.

How is it priced?

The platform subscription is billed monthly and starts with a 15 day free trial. Switching the assistant on adds nothing to that: you spend credit only for the conversations it handles, you see the cost of each conversation and each call, and you set a daily spending ceiling yourself.

Which languages does it speak?

It answers in the language the customer wrote or spoke in, and the screens your team uses are available in ten languages. Nothing has to be translated by hand.
